Description

In this advanced class we explore the challenges of creating these popular good tasting  French and Italian breads. We’ll work with sourdough and dough made with commercial yeast. You’ll learn about rye-based starter and using a poolish to build flavor. Here’s an opportunity to practice shaping longer loaves as well. Prerequisite: basic class or experience with artisan baking.
