Classes are back!
Have you always wanted to make your own sourdough bread but are a bit shy of starters and all that fermentation stuff?  Does it really make a difference to use local and organic and whole grains?? Our baking classes will give you answers and provide you with the hands-on techniques you need to bake tasty artisan bread. Class size is limited so you’ll get lots of personal attention from the instructor. Need a scholarship? Email or phone us for a discount code.

    • Learn the basics of sourdough, from the starter to the mix, the ferment, the shaping, and the bake. Take a loaf home that you can bake after class. Classes are held at CoHo Ecovillage in south Corvallis, from 1 pm to 5 pm.
