Basic Sourdough Bread


Learn the basics of sourdough, from the starter to the mix, the ferment, the shaping, and the bake. Take a loaf home that you can bake after class. Classes are held at CoHo Ecovillage in south Corvallis, from 1 pm to 5 pm.



Four hours of hands-on practice of every step of the mixing and baking process. You’ll get to eat bread fresh out of the oven, take some starter home, and mix a loaf to bake later in the day.
