Bakery Business Manager
20-25 hours per week, $20 per hour | Tip Sharing | PTO after 90 days
The Bakery Business Manager provides administrative and fiscal oversight, sales analysis for production goals, and wholesale account management at our small values-driven bakery. We work collaboratively, valuing staff input, and empowering staff to make decisions in their areas of expertise. We address conflict with compassionate communication. We are dedicated to whole grains and local organic food as we contribute to a sustainable local food network.
Key Functions
- To collaborate with the owners to administer the bakery’s goals and finances.
- To do sales analysis to plan the bakery’s production in collaboration with the department leads.
- To manage and communicate with wholesale accounts
