Wild Yeast Bakery Class Refund and Rescheduling Policy

If you cancel:

• If you cancel more than 30 days before the class date, you will receive a full refund minus the processing fee we are charged.
• If you cancel between 30 and 15 days prior to the class, you will receive a refund of 50% of the fee you paid when registering.
• If you cancel within 14 days of the class, you will not receive a refund.

If you want to reschedule:

• If you wish to reschedule more than 30 days before your class date, you may do so with no additional fee charged. Email us to receive a code for no fee.
• If you reschedule between 30 and 15 days prior to the class, you will need to pay half fee for the new class. Email us to receive a code for the discounted fee.
• If you reschedule within 14 days of the class, you will not receive a refund, and any new class will cost the full amount.
• If you missed class due to illness, you may reschedule one time. Email us to receive a code.
• Rescheduling without a fee being charged is allowed only once.

If you don’t show up, you will not receive a refund.

If a class is cancelled or the date is changed by Wild Yeast Bakery, you can choose to either receive a full refund or reschedule for no fee.
