Frequently Asked Questions

We provide reliable wholesale delivery throughout the Mid-Willamette Valley, including Corvallis, Albany, Lebanon, and arrange pick-ups for the greater Oregon Coast and Willamette Valley areas.

Our orders are individualized and thresholds vary based on the delivery location and frequency or a will-call pickup. Please contact our management team using the form above to customize your wholesale account.

Yes. We gladly accommodate intermittent or seasonal wholesale accounts, and special orders. While you are not required to maintain a recurring weekly delivery slot, your orders are still subject to our standard production timeline.

To secure fulfillment, all sporadic wholesale orders must be submitted before our strict cut-off time: 8:00 AM PST, exactly five (5) days prior to your requested delivery or will-call pickup date.

To maintain our strict standards for artisanal quality and minimize environmental food waste, we operate on a structured five (5) day production cycle. We offer both direct delivery and will-call pickup options for our wholesale partners and special order clients.

  • Available Days: Delivery and will-call pickup are available Tuesday through Saturday.

  • Fulfillment Timeline: Because our sourdough requires a long, slow fermentation process, your order fulfillment date will depend on when your request clears our 8:00 AM PST five-day cut-off window.

  • Delivery Boundaries: Direct delivery is available to qualifying commercial accounts throughout Corvallis and the broader Mid-Willamette Valley. Specific delivery windows will be coordinated individually upon account onboarding.

To ensure our artisans have ample time to naturally ferment our sourdough and prepare fresh, seasonal ingredients, all orders must be submitted via email prior to our production cut-off time.

  • Standard Cut-off Time: 8:00 AM PST, exactly five (5) days before your requested delivery date.

  • Rush Orders: Need something sooner? Rush orders may be accommodated depending on our current baking schedule and ingredient availability. Please note that a rush fee may apply.

For all orders, an invoice is automatically generated for every individual delivery or will-call pickup.

Our Bakery Manager will review your business model during the onboarding process to determine which payment plan aligns best with your operations. Examples include payment on delivery, net-15, etc.

Most of our breads and a few pastries are vegan.

Our core focus is traditional artisan sourdough and classic pastries utilizing organic wheat grains, so we are unable to accommodate gluten-free requests. Please note our facility processes flour daily.

Yes. We are deeply committed to sustainability. We exclusively source our primary grains from organic Oregon farms, ensuring a lower carbon footprint and superior flavor profile.

We also frequently purchase our seasonal ingredients from the local farmers’ market or our grocery co-op whenever possible.

Our commitment is to organic and fair trade agreements, so we seek quality products for all ingredients that are grown outside our region.
